wth humans are a 3d polygon mesh? O-o?
Anyone ever notice on your skin it looks like a bunch of polygons and ngons. I was modeling a hand in 3dmax and looked at my hand as a reference…I noticed that if you look really close at your skin it’s nothing but a bunch of polygons. Even on your arm and all over, they are EXTREMELY small but if you look close or get a magnifying glass then you can see it. It’s easiest to spot on the hands around the knuckle area though. Some are stretched but it’s always the same…3-5 sides just like a real mesh. Another case of art imitating reality. O_o
wow…i never noticed that! i guess that’s just how the skin looks…
