Okay so I’m trying to lose a little weight for my birthday party (swimming) Not too worried about how other people think I look anymore but I think it would make me happier and a little more confident to look better
p.s. please don’t be concerned about how little calories I took in…I used to be sortve anorexic so my stomach shrunk alot, I’ve gained the weight back and am working on just eating helthier. I didn’t starve myself today either:

lunch: mcdonalds caesar salad–221 calories
snacks : crystal light single (raspberry)—10 calories
sugar cookie (gotta have a little reward)—-72 calories
exercise: walked for 1 hr and 15 minutes (burned 760 calories)

And bravo to you for recognizing your anorexia and striving to eat healthier. Because you know about anorexia, I’m assuming you know that not feeding your body enough carbs & proteins will cause your systems to start stripping nutrients from your tissues in order to continue functioning. Adding a bit of grilled chicken to the pizza will give your body the protein it needs to function in a healthy manner, and as long as you don’t over-indulge, the cheese and grains will give your body the healthy fuel it needs too.
